Madeira Beach mulls backyard tiki huts
MADEIRA BEACH — Residents who are interested in building a backyard tiki hut will be happy to know the city is on track to approve such structures. Currently, city code only addresses “enclosed” accessory structures, which are sheds. But an ordinance is up for approval within the next few months that allows for open accessory structures like tikis and gazebos.
