Fugitive From Florida Arrested in Montgomery County

(Red Oak) A man wanted in Florida for deadly assault is arrested in Montgomery County.

According to the press release, Montgomery County Deputies arrested 29-year-old Brady Cullen Mutschler of Poinciana, Florida, on Wednesday on three felony warrants. Officers transported Mutschler to the Montgomery County Jail for extradition to Florida to face charges of Domestic Violence, Aggravated Assault, Deadly Intent, False Imprisonment, and Domestic Violence Battery by Strangulation.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office also reports the arrest of 55-year-old Gregory Allen Riley of Red Oak on a Red Oak Police Department Warrant for Fraudulent Practice, 3rd – Degree. Deputies transported Riley to the Montgomery County Jail and held him on a $2,000 bond.
