This week's top-selling home in Greater Taunton was a custom Cape in Raynham with plenty of curb appeal that sold for $862,500.

The spacious 3,350-square-foot house at 80 Sunflower Drive house, situated on a 1.11 acre lot, features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a two-car garage.

Built in 2004, the home boasts a unique layout and design. Notable features include a farmers' porch overlooking a large, well-kept front yard, cathedral ceilings throughout the main floor, a vaulted kitchen with pantry and large arched window, living area accentuated by stately columns and french doors leading to a deck overlooking the backyard.
