RANDOLPH, NJ- The Randolph softball team held a combined "Senior Night / Teacher Appreciation Night" on Monday, May 13.  After the pre-game ceremony honoring the soon-to-be graduated seniors along with their families and their most influential teachers, the Lady Rams treated those who came out to a 3-0 victory. Randolph got on the board right from the get-go, when Autumn Leibhauser led off with a full-count double to the fence in left field. Rebecca Dasti was hit by a pitch and Randolph had two runners on early.  Daniella Gizienski singled to score Leibhauser, and Sam Niewiarowski then singled to score Dasti for a 2-0 Randolph lead.

A home run by Leibhauser in the bottom of the second gave Randolph a 3-0 lead, and they held on to that from there.  Kayleigh McClain took the mound for the Lady Rams, and went four innings, allowing 4 hits and striking out 4 batters to earn the win.  Breanna Coleburn pitched 3 innings of relief.

Randolph is now 13-8 on the season.  They play Sparta at home on May 15 and Morristown on the road on May 16 to wrap up their regular season before the state playoffs begin. For extra game PHOTOS CLICK HERE
