Georgia-Pacific closing Milan corrugated plant, laying off 119 employees
MILAN, MI -- Leading corrugated box manufacturer, Georgia-Pacific is set to permanently close its Milan plant and lay off all employees at the location by July. Georgia-Pacific notified the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity on May 6 that it will close the plant at 951 County St. by July 6, which will impact 119 jobs.
