The 59th annual Bedford Fall Foliage Festival is expected to draw 70,000 attendees, says Committee Vice Chair Kevin Hampson. The festival will include over 400 exhibitors, numerous craft and food vendors and a renowned Antique Car Parade in downtown Bedford.
