PSP: West Virginia man killed in Bedford County crash involving tractor-trailer
BEDFORD COUNTY, Pa (WJAC) — State police say a West Virginia man was killed Wednesday morning in a two-vehicle crash, involving a tractor-trailer, in Bedford County. Investigators say 70-year-old Walter Kwapien, of Morgantown, WV, was reportedly stopped at a stop sign, near the intersection of Allegheny Road and Hyndman Road, in Manns Choice Borough.
