New owner for Queen Creek Health Center

Queen Creek Health Center has been purchased by Read Healthcare LLC, a family based company with deep roots in the health-care industry.

Queen Creek Health Center, located at 20713 E. Ocotillo Road, suite 100, will continue to provide primary care services and will be introducing a variety of new wellness services.

Patient care will be led by Nicole Read, an advanced practice registered nurse and certified family nurse practitioner who specializes in primary care, chronic disease management, and women's health.

“We have an incredible commitment to the city of Queen Creek and surrounding communities,” Kevin Read, operations director, stated in a press release. “We want to serve as our patients’ primary care medical home and provide relationship-based health care that serves the whole person. Our team is excited to unveil many positive changes, premier medical provider, and important new services along with a more comfortable, accessible and welcoming environment.”

Queen Creek Health Center offers same day/next day care. It will remain open during the ownership transition.
