21 Year Old Man Accused Of Raping Pullman Woman Pleads Guilty To Lesser Charge Following Hung Jury
PULLMAN - The 21-year-old man accused of raping a woman in Pullman has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge. Elijah Nivar pleaded guilty to felony 3rd degree assault in Whitman County Superior Court on Friday. Nivar was previously charged with felony rape. His rape trial in March ended with a hung jury.
