The competition is narrowing in The Providence Journal's fish and chips bracket.

To catch up anyone who is just joining us, honoring Rhode Island's love of great seafood The Providence Journal launched a fish and chip bracket at the start of March. It started with casting a line on Instagram asking readers to tell us their favorite spot, which was narrowed down to 16 based on popularity. Two rounds in, we're now down to the final four.

There are no prizes, only bragging rights.

With that, here's the latest round of voting. Voting closes on Sunday at midnight.

Dune Brothers vs Amaral's Fish and Chips

Last round, it was a very tight race between two of the giants of fish and chips – Dune Brothers, 239 Dyer St., Providence and Ye Olde English Fish & Chips, 25 S. Main St., Woonsocket – with less than 100 votes between them. Dune Brothers, which just reopened for the season on Wednesday, March 20, edged them out. Now, they're up against Amaral's Fish and Chips, 4 Redmond St., Warren, a traditional "clam shack" that's been beloved for years.

Iggy's Boardwalk vs Crow's Nest

Just about everyone has been to Iggy's Boardwalk for some doughboys and some seafood, but what do you think specifically of their fish and chips? And more to the point, how would you compare them to the fish and chips at Crow's Nest, 288 Arnolds Neck Drive, Warwick?
