RIDGEWOOD, NJ — At long last, the sprawling saga of a proposed digital billboard on Route 17 South is coming to an end. After months of contentious hearings, the board will vote on the application's fate on June 25. The 40-foot tall, double-sided digital billboard, proposed by Outfront Media LLC., has been a lightning rod for criticism in the community since the application was first submitted last year.
