The City Council will consider a memorandum of understanding between the city and DK Partnership, LLP, for public infrastructure extensions at McCormick Drive and Huntinghorne Drive, according to city meeting documents. The plans outline the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Mccormick and Huntinghorne drives. The city would review the plans, oversee construction through inspections and accept the improvements as public infrastructure once they meet municipal standards. The developer also would reimburse the city for engineering-related services, and, the city says in the memo, the approval process would not require out-of-pocket municipal spending for the development. “The infrastructure work could help create buildable lots for future commercial and residential projects in the area, which remains largely farmland,” it says within the memo. The Kwik Trip gas station and convenience store at 4700 Milton Ave. got the green
