Silver Spring man found guilty for shooting and killing Shell gas station employee
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md — A Silver Spring man was convicted of shooting and killing a Shell gas station employee, a Montgomery County Court found this Thursday. A jury found Torrey Damien Moore, 33, guilty of first-degree murder, use of a firearm in the commission of a crime of violence, and illegal possession of a regulated firearm.
