The National Weather Services has issued a Tropical Storm Warning for Eastern Virginia. Sustained winds of 35 mph gusting up to 45 to 55 mph near the coast and Bay (peak gusts up to 60 mph are possible) are forecasted along with 1-4” of rain. Moderate tidal flooding is expected with the highest tides late Friday night/early Saturday and again Saturday afternoon.
