The Times-Union recognizes the 2023-24 All-First Coast team in girls soccer. Selections are based on factors including season achievements, overall statistics, observations from the Times-Union sports staff, nominations from coaches and quality of schedule.

FIRST TEAM

G Gaby Rourke, Sr., Atlantic Coast

Multi-talented athlete led Stingrays to best-ever season; Kentucky signee had 1.07 GAA, scored three goals to head exceptionally talented keeper class.

D Hadley Conway, Sr., Ponte Vedra

Sharks captain struck four goals and locked down either side of the field efficiently.

D Cece Nowicki, Jr., St. Johns Country Day

Ventured forward regularly from defensive post, scoring 10 goals and 4 assists.

D Lily Paisant, Jr., Creekside

Developed into one of state's top dead-ball specialists with 7 goals, 10 assists; left fullback committed to FAU.

M Chloe Iliff, Sr., Creekside

Lipscomb signee never slowed down, converting 11 goals and 9 assists in outside midfield and scored opener in 7A championship.

M Carolyn Johnson, Sr., Bartram Trail

Tireless ball-winner also scored efficiently for Bears (11 goals, 16 assists); signed with Johns Hopkins.

M Emma Griner, Sr., Stanton

Multi-sport Blue Devil a deadly shooter from beyond 25 yards, scoring 23 goals and 21 assists for Class 3A regional finalists; committed to Rollins.

M Brooke Bunton, So., Clay

Scored 36 goals, 17 assists to lead Blue Devils in deepest playoff run for over 20 years; selected to U.S. U-17 national team.

F Sydney Schmidt, So., St. Johns Country Day

Dynamic U.S. Under-17 scorer powered Spartans to final four despite tight marking; scored 24 goals, 10 assists against nation's No. 1 regular season schedule.

Devastating center forward overpowered defenses with 19 goals, 15 assists.
