Ponca City police use spike strips to stop 16-year-old suspected car thief
PONCA CITY, Okla. — Ponca City police officers used spike strips, timing them perfectly to stop a suspected car thief this morning. The driver was clocked at traveling more than 100 mph, leading the chase through the middle of town. After the suspect crashed, a police officer sustained a minor injury.
