ND Paper purchases Billerud's Wisconsin Water Quality Center in Wisconsin Rapids
WISCONSIN RAPIDS – ND Paper will own Billerud’s Wisconsin Water Quality Center and landfill. According to a Tuesday morning news release from ND Paper, the company closed on an asset purchase agreement with Billerud Wisconsin that stated ND Paper will own and operate the Water Quality Center, associated landfill and landfill assets. According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the facility operates at 2811 Fifth Ave. N. in Wisconsin Rapids.
