Hotel to Be Included at WLR’s The Middle Development
Construction of a hotel at The Middle mixed-use development site in west Little Rock is expected to begin this fall, with an anticipated opening date of fall 2027. The 1.64-acre hotel development site closed May 7 for $1.5 million. Bill Pendergist, Kevin Huchinson and Isaac Smith of Colliers | Arkansas represented the seller, The Middle of WLR LLC. White Hall’s Oliver Furniture closing its doors
While not an easy decision, White Hall furniture seller Grant Oliver of Redfield says it’s time to close up shop for good and go fishing while they’re still biting. “I’d like to thank the White Hall community for all their support. They’ve been great to us,” Grant said. He has spent his entire working life at Oliver’s Furniture company and is still a decade or so away from the traditional retirement age.
