Picklefest, of course, in the bustling metropolis of Atkins, which was held last weekend. Broadway World went Saturday, May 18, to see the amazing headliner Shane Thornton perform an hour-and-a-half set before everyone moved to the arena for the Atkins rodeo. It was perfect weather and tasty food with great friends and fabulous music on the stage. We had a blast!

It was a perfect evening for Hot Springs Village Big Band's outdoor concert recently at the Balboa Pavilion. The venue was full and the band was joined by an audience who not only loved listening to our community's big band sounds, but also dancing and singing along with many choices.

Police activate Silver Alert for missing Russellville elderly woman
RUSSELLVILLE, Ark. — Arkansas State Police have activated a Silver Alert with the hopes of locating a missing elderly woman. 80-year-old Teresa Myers was last seen around 11:00 a.m. on May 15 on East Main Street in Russellville near the Chili's restaurant. She may be traveling in a cream-colored Chrysler 300 vehicle with Arkansas plates reading 355911.
