Already in the area is the 214,000 square-foot future headquarters of CBH Homes, which was originally part of a larger 152-acre parcel, but had 21.82 acres split off at the northwest corner for the property. Of the 123.69-acre parcel, the development calls for seven industrial lots that range between 6.95 acres to 29.40 acres each, with an average lot size of 11.80 acres for a total of 83.61 acres. It also includes 3.28 acres that will be used for 27 common lots, and one 15.09-acre buildable lot located
