Properties Declared as a Nuisance
Pursuant to Section 505.87(C) of the Ohio Revised Code, the Violet Township Board of Trustees (the “Board of Trustees”) hereby notifies the following owners of the land and the lienholders of record: Charles T. Stephens and Taylor L. Stephens; Fairfield County Auditor; Fairfield County Treasurer; and First Financial Bank; of the property on 10583 Doty Road, Pickerington, Ohio, 43147, Parcel Number 0360015500, located in Violet Township, Fairfield County, that the Board of Trustees has declared that the owner’s maintenance of vegetation and debris constitutes a nuisance. The Board of Trustees hereby orders the overgrown and unmaintained vegetation to be abated (removed) and any and all garbage, refuse and debris be removed from the property within four (4) days, or the Board shall provide for its abatement (removal), and any costs incurred by the Board shall be entered upon the tax duplicate and become a lien upon the land from the date of entry. FRAZEYSBURG – Farmland just outside Frazeysburg recently found a new owner after a decade on the market.
