New Chinese Restaurants mark change in Rancho Cucamonga
In the burgeoning Chinese community of Rancho Cucamonga, the opening of a soup dumpling restaurant is a sign of the culture’s growing presence. Seven Grams is an authentic Chinese restaurant that originally opened in Tustin, California and added its second location last year. The restaurant specializes in steamy xiao long bao, or soup dumplings, stuffed with ground pork and chicken, the Daily Bulletin reports.
