PETERSBURG, Va. (WRIC) — A man wanted for grand larceny and destruction of property allegedly led police on a foot chase and was then arrested in Petersburg Tuesday evening.

At 10:31 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7, officers with the Petersburg Bureau of Police saw a wanted suspect, identified as Clifton Raines, on the 500 block of East Washington Street.
