    PERTH AMBOY, NJ — The Woodbridge baseball team scored five runs in the last two innings to pull away for a 9-4 victory over Perth Amboy on Tuesday.

    The victory was the 100th for Woodbridge head coach Mike Monaco. In his seventh season at Woodbridge, Monaco has a record of 100-48.

    Eddy Nunez struck out 10 batters and walked three in six innings. He allowed six hits and raised his record to 6-0 on the season.

    Shawn Kish scored four runs and was 2-for-2 with two RBI and Tyler Weber and Xavier Diaz each had two hits and scored two runs for Woodbridge (13-2). Diaz drove in one run. Tim Deignan singled and drove in two runs for the Barrons.
