Diners headed to the highest restaurant in the city may begin to notice changes to its menu and operations as a new executive chef takes over and puts his own signature mark on the restaurant. Jonas Favela recently made the move within the Coury Hospitality brand from The National, 120 N. Robinson Ave., where he oversaw multiple dining concepts, including Stock & Bond, The Vault and Tellers , to VAST , 333 W Sheridan Ave. "I had always had a really big appreciation for this property, and I remember when the building was being built. I remember seeing when the restaurant first opened up, so I've always had an affection for this place, and I always thought it'd be a neat location to showcase some good culinary skills," Favela said. "Stock & Bond is my baby. I was there from its inception and I got to really put my mark on it, and so it was a hard decision to get away from there."
