Man pleads guilty, sentenced for home invasion
JACKSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - A Honduran man pleaded guilty to home invasion after an incident that happened earlier this year. According to a release from Joseph A. Cervantez, Jackson County State’s Attorney, 27-year-old Jose Membreno Suate pleaded guilty to home invasion, a Class X felony, and was sentenced to 12 years in the Illinois Department of Corrections on Wednesday, May 15.
