Adena softball fights to bitter end in Division III district semi loss to Dawson-Bryant
CHILLICOTHE — In the bottom of the seventh inning, the Adena softball team was brewing up a potential comeback against Dawson-Bryant. Over the previous four innings, the Warriors built themselves a four-run rally and trailed the Hornets by one run with two outs in the final frame. Bit by bit, the Warriors had inched back to within striking distance. Kiera Williams, the potential tying run, waited at third as Marly Halcomb approached the plate. All Adena needed was one more hit.

PROCTORVILLE, Ohio (WSAZ) - The location of the old Lock and Dam 27 is a scenic access point to the Ohio River.
