Middlebury Selectboard signs off on Exchange Street roundabout
MIDDLEBURY, Vt. (WCAX) - A roundabout could be coming to a busy part of Route 7 in Middlebury. A VTrans study looked to improve safety and efficiency at the intersection of Exchange Street and Happy Valley Road. It’s a 50 mph zone and officials say it can be hard for cars to turn onto Route 7. The construction would also widen the roads in the area to accommodate bikes.
