    Panama City Police Department seeking public assistance identifying fraud suspect

    PANAMA CITY, Fla. ( WMBB ) – The Panama City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in credit card fraud.

    Authorities said that in April 2024, the suspect found a victim’s credit card in a business parking lot and made unauthorized purchases.

    The suspect was wearing a black t-shirt with designs, light-colored shorts, black shoes, and a black and red hat, authorities wrote in a news release.

    Anyone with any information in this case is urged to call the Panama City Police Department at 850-872-3100 or report a tip anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 850-785-TIPS.
