Murder charge against Charlottesville man certified to Lynchburg grand jury
LYNCHBURG, Va. (CBS19 NEWS) -- A grand jury in Lynchburg will be taking up a case against a Charlottesville man accused of murder. According to the Lynchburg Police Department, 22-year-old Keon Jamir Palmer of Charlottesville faces charges of second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
