Golden Demons Claim Neal’s Classic Championship

HHS Lady Golfers Headed to State
Henryetta Lady Knights Golf fired their lowest round of the season in the biggest moment yesterday as their 389 score qualifies them for next week’s 3A State Tournament in Oklahoma City. HHS Junior Breea Stockholm had her career best round by 11 shots with her 4 over 76. The team closed extremely strong in the final nine holes to move up 4 spots and qualify for State.
Beggs Boys Golf Qualifies for Regionals
On Monday, the Beggs Boys Golf Team qualified for Regionals by placing in the top six at Buffalo Rock Golf Course in Cushing. Regionals will be held Wednesday, May 1, at Arrowhead State Golf Course. Team members include Jude Jones, Baydon Lewis, Lewton Reed, Camden Ross and Ashtin McCune. David Shannon is Head Coach.
Lady Knights Win Riverfield Tournament
The Henryetta High School Lady Knights girls tennis team took home the gold at the 2024 Riverfield Tournament. 1s Abbi Dodge and 2s Connie Dong placed first, while 1d Casi Bailey/Emma Thompson and 2d Brooke Bailey/ Stormy Miller finished runner-up. Congratulations Lady Knights!
HJH Girls Tennis Qualifies for Elite Tourney
The Henryetta Junior High girls tennis team qualified for the Oklahoma JH Elite Tournament this week. The Junior Lady Knights secured their spot to the Elite Tournament by placing 4th at the Shawnee JH Qualifier. Only 16 teams from across the state qualify for the Elite Tournament each year. Team: 1s Maddie Rock, 9th; 2s Violet Layman, 3rd; 1d Lauren Collett/Bayleigh Wolfe, 5th; 2d Annika Kramer/Aubrey Macaluso, 3rd.
