A candidates’ forum in Ocean City got testy near the end Monday night when candidate Michael DeVlieger told the attendees that Mayor Jay Gillian is indebted to developers. OCEAN CITY, MD - The season of dogs on the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City has officially come to its yearly end for the summer. According to town code, dogs are only allowed on the resort town’s beach and boardwalk between October 1st and April 30th. Starting today, May 1st, canines are no longer permitted in these spaces.

Mulberry Landing Boat Ramp Reopens
SUSSEX COUNTY, DE.- The Mulberry Land Boat Ramp in the Assawoman Wildlife Area near Bethany Beach has reopened. The Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control says the ramp's parking lot was expanded to allow for 23 trailer parking spaces and seven car parking spaces. MILLSBORO, DE - Delaware State Police are investigating a Friday night traffic collision that occurred in Sussex County. On Friday evening, Indian River Volunteer Fire Company responded to a vehicle accident on Bay Farm Road near School Lane in Millsboro, Delaware. The accident was reported as a single vehicle accident, but two vehicles were located at the scene with damage.
