Central Florida Toddler Tragically Found Dead in Canal on Rural Property
A 2-year-old boy who was reported lost on a 10-acre Osteen-area property was found dead in a canal in an apparent accidental drowning. Volusia County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a 911 call just before 6pm at the property on Flowing Creek Way in Central Florida.
