PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A search warrant was served at the home of a prolific local graffiti vandal on Tuesday morning, according to the Portland Police Bureau. Officers from the Neighborhood Response Team served the warrant at the home of Gabriel Rodriguez-Lee in the Sabin neighborhood of NE Portland, near NE 11th Avenue and NE Skidmore Street.
