Ridgewood Crew Strikes Gold at 2024 City Championships
PHILADELPHIA, PA — The Ridgewood Crew team made a trek to the city of brotherly love this past weekend to compete in the 2024 City Championships. Ultimately, the Maroons sent nine of its 12 boats to the finals, and grabbed three gold medals in the process. Its three first-place finishes tied with four other schools for the most at the meet. The two-day event took place on the Schuylkill River, and featured 82 teams and nearly 550 competitors from the mid-Atlantic region. "This was a large and very competitive meet. Our strong showing proves we're hitting our peak just in time for regionals and nationals.
