Police officers shot and killed an armed suspect during a violent struggle in a Manhattan store Tuesday afternoon, authorities said. The incident happened in MaximEyes Optical at 202 West 24th Street between Seventh and Eighth avenues in Chelsea at around 2:45 p.m., according to the NYPD.
