North Little Rock police name victim in deadly apartment shooting

NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – North Little Rock police have released the identity of the man killed in an apartment shooting last week.

Officials with the North Little Rock Police Department identified the victim as 29-year-old Deonte Lambert of Little Rock.

On Thursday, April 18, officers said they were called to Homes at Pine Crossing around 8:33 p.m. after receiving reports of a shooting. Police said Lambert was found at the scene, where he was pronounced dead.

Detectives have not released a possible suspect in connection to the shooting.
