PATERSON, NJ - Eudys Santios-Toribio, 23, East Orange, was arrested on Thursday in connection to a shooting incident that occurred on January 1 in Paterson, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia Valdes, and Paterson Police Department Officer in Charge Isa Abbassi announced. PATERSON, NJ - On Tuesday afternoon, the Paterson Fire Department responded to a fire at 790 East 18th Street and Market St. that led to the displacement of 44 occupants. According to a statement, upon arrival, firefighters discovered heavy fire engulfing the second and third floors of a three-story wood frame building with exposures.
