‘Gluten-free safe’ restaurant opening in Niles

NILES, Ohio (WKBN) – A new restaurant is opening near the Eastwood Mall.

BIBIBOP Asian Grill will open at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 9 at 5393 Youngstown Warren Road, sharing a parking lot with the mall. Prior to its opening, a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at 10:30 a.m.

BIBIBOP Niles will offer “fresh and healthy” Asian-inspired cuisine, according to a news release from the Youngstown-Warren Regional Chamber. Customers can customize bowls with a variety of food options, and the restaurant has been certified as a “gluten-free safe spot,” the release noted.

“We are thrilled to bring the BIBIBOP experience to Niles, Ohio,” said founder Charley Shin. “Our commitment to promoting well-being through fresh, customizable, and delicious meals remains steadfast as we expand into new communities.”
