BUFFALO, NY – On Monday, the Buffalo Police Department announced the arrest of a suspect in connection to a homicide that occurred on the 800 block of Bailey Avenue on April 2, 2023. Around 2:30 a.m., South District officers had responded to a shooting call at the mentioned location. A victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound to the head and later died at ECMC. 22-year-old Ryan Crawford of Buffalo has since been charged with Murder in the Second Degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Second Degree.
