Newton Boys Tennis Team Adds a Win and a Loss to Their Record This Week

NEWTON, NJ—The Newton High School boys tennis team hosted Kittatinny on Monday and played away against High Point on Tuesday.

Newton won over High Point 4-1. The Braves results:

Singles:

• 1st: Asher Haiduc-Dale (N) won over Chase Krisanda (HP), 6-4, 6-3
• 2nd: Frankie Boffa (N) won over Isaac Schuman (HP), 6-3, 6-1
• 3rd: Kevin Kozlowski (N) won over Nohlan Wehrli (HP), 6-4, 6-7, 1-0

Doubles:

• 1st: Zach Sprung & Sam Faillace (HP) won over Jack Boffa & Ryan Marschall (N), 6-3, 7-5
• 2nd: Frankie Lubrano & Felipe Narvaez (N) won over Carter Van Stone & Leo Castillo (HP), 6-4, 6-1

The Braves were shut out by the Cougars 5-0. The results of the matches are as follows:
