    Hundreds without power as severe weather moves through southern Wisconsin

    MILTON, Wis. -- Hundreds of customers were without power Sunday night due to severe weather across southern Wisconsin.

    That number has trimmed down significantly, as We Energies outage map shows 14 customers in Milwaukee County are out of service.

    We Energies outage map showed over 1,000 customers were affected by the power outages Sunday night.

    MILTON, Wis. -- Thousands of customers were without power across southern Wisconsin Wednesday morning after severe weather moved through the area.

    We Energies outage map indicated 1,969 customers were out of service just after 7:00 p.m. Wednesday.

    This includes 98 in Waukesha County, 79 in Jefferson County. Over 1,000 customers experienced outages in Milwaukee County.

    120 customers were out of service in Shawno County, 41 out of Rock County, and 22 customers out of service in Waupaca County.

    According to the outage map, many of Milwaukee County's outages were in Milwaukee and services were expected to be restored by 10:00 p.m.

    News 3 Now spoke to Rock County Office Sergeant Allen Peters where he said they were reports of multiple trees and powerlines down

    Multiple residences were found to have structural damage

    No injuries were reported.

    Alliant Energy and We Energies responded to repair the downed powerlines.

    Peters said the area will be surveyed in the next coming days by the National Weather Service, and any additional information will be provided by Rock County Emergency Management
