RALEIGH, N.C. — Mega Millions players in North Carolina can try their luck on a $363 million jackpot Tuesday night.

A winner in Tuesday’s drawing would have the choice of taking home the $363 million jackpot as an annuity or $166.9 million in cash.

“We have seen some nice Mega Millions wins recently and we hope to see more tonight,” said Mark Michalko, executive director of the N.C. Education Lottery. “Of course, we would also love to see a jackpot win in North Carolina (Tuesday). Good luck to all our players.”

A lucky $3 Megaplier ticket in North Carolina matched four white balls and the yellow Mega Ball in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing to win $10,000. The prize quadrupled to $40,000 when the 4X Megaplier hit. The ticket came from the Mountain Market on Waco Road in Kings Mountain.

Check out how North Carolinians win when they play Mega Millions:

    • 18,328: That’s the total number of winning tickets in Friday’s Mega Millions drawing
    • $4.7 million: That’s the estimate of how much money has been raised for education during the current Mega Millions run

The odds of winning a Mega Millions jackpot are 1 in 302 million.

Players can buy Mega Millions tickets at any lottery retail location or through Online Play on the lottery’s website, www.nclottery.com, or with the NC Lottery Official Mobile App.
