Fanatics Betting and Gaming launched its online sportsbook and casino here in the Garden State, which went live May 8 for users.

In April, the gaming arm of the sports apparel and merchandising leader completed its acquisition of the U.S. businesses of PointsBet for $225 million. That gave Fanatics Betting and Gaming a significant foothold in the exploding sports betting market .

Fanatics Sportsbook is now available to nearly 95% of the legal online sports bettor market in the country.

“The acquisition of the US businesses of PointsBet has super charged our expansion plans,” said Fanatics Betting and Gaming CEO Matt King last month. “In addition to our migration of PointsBet customers and technology to the Fanatics Sportsbook and Casino platform, we have also added an incredibly talented team of passionate leader from the ranks of PointsBet USA that have already made an impact on our business.”

The company says that all New Jersey PointsBet customers’ usernames, password, account balance, rewards points and responsible gaming settings will automatically migrate to the Fanatics Sportsbook.

New Jersey is the final PointsBet state to transition. It marks the 20thstate for the Fanatics Sportsbook and fourth state for Fanatics Casino.

As part of the launch, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is launching its new online casino. Embedded in the Fanatics Sportsbook app, the company says the new offering includes a slew of new games, features and rewards.

Fanatics utilizes the sports wagering license of Meadowlands Racetrack while the online casino uses the gaming license of Bally’s Atlantic City.

The Fanatics Sportsbook app is available for download on iOS and Android .
