• Donte Lamar Franklin, 20, 500 block Briarwood Road, Venice. Charge: violation of probation (original charges of two counts of fleeing to elude). Bond: none.

• Dana Louise Wagner Sacino, 57, 300 block of Sea Grape Road, Venice. Charge: Charlotte County warrant for failure to appear (original charges of hit-and-run, leaving the scene of an accident with damage to property). Bond: $3,000.

• Vanessa Garcia, 37, 100 block of Emerald Ave., Nokomis. Charge: aggravated battery causing bodily harm or disability. Bond: $1,500.

• Presley Jessica Wood, 25, 300 block of Fareham Drive, Venice. Charge: domestic battery. Bond: $50.

• Kylie Jade Bailey, 34, 20700 block of Mountain Whistler Ave., Venice. Charge: DUI with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 or higher or a person under 18 in the vehicle. Bond: $500.

• Isidro Gonzalez Hernandez, 48, 800 block of Martha Lane, Nokomis. Charges: reckless driving with damage to person or property, failing to have a required driver license endorsement, failing to obey a law enforcement order to stop, aggravated fleeing with injury or damage, resisting an officer without violence, leaving the scene of an accident involving damage to property. • Christopher Marcus Kenerson, 36, 3300 block of Stone St., Port Charlotte. Charge: Charlotte County warrant for violation of probation (original charges of theft from a person 65 or older, making a false report). Bond: none.
