George County deputies seek burglary suspects

GEORGE COUNTY, Miss. ( WKRG ) — Deputies with the George County Sheriff’s Office are looking for two people they say were involved in a home burglary Monday, according to a GCSO Facebook post.

Deputies were called to the 200 block of Depot Road Monday for a report of a burglary in progress, according to the post.

LOCATION:

The homeowner allegedly found two people putting items that had been stolen from his home into a car.

The suspects left the scene before deputies arrived.

“We have located both of your phones, and we also have your car,” read the post. “If you would like them returned, please contact the George County Sheriff’s Office.”

The sheriff’s office shared the following pictures of the car at the scene in their post.
