HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) – The Spencer County woman accused of reckless homicide in a Labor Day crash has been arrested after authorities say she violated conditions of her bond for the second time.

Mariah Kammerer was arrested on Tuesday. Kammerer was out on bond while awaiting her trial for charges stemming from the deadly crash last year.

Suspect now faces reckless homicide charge in deadly Labor Day crash

Officials say she was intoxicated when she slammed into a parked car on the shoulder of I-69 in Vanderburgh County, killing a woman inside. Court records show this is the second time Kammerer has violated the conditions of her bond, after previously testing positive for drugs in December.

Kammerer has been ordered to return to an impatient treatment program. Her trial is set for July.
