Lewis County family survey open through June 1

Lewis County Public Health & Social Services has launched a family health survey to gauge the needs of families in Lewis County.

The survey is open to Lewis County parents and guardians, women of childbearing age and partners, and people working with youths and families.

“The voices of our families and those working closely with families in Lewis County matter,” Marylynne Kostick, community services manager, said in the release. “Through this effort, we aim to inform our community service and program providers to ensure the needs of families are met.”

Residents are asked to complete the survey by June 1. A final report will be released publicly in the fall.
