Latin: What do some of the biggest stars in Latin music such as Bad Bunny , J Balvin and Karol G have in common? They've worked with Colombian singer, songwriter and producer Feid. The "Le Pido a Dios" singer has released six albums and has over 17 billion streams on Spotify. Since 2019, Feid has been nominated for several Latin Grammy Awards.

Feid will perform on Friday at Acrisure Arena.

If you go: 7 p.m. Friday, Acrisure Arena, 75-702 Varner Road, Palm Desert. Tickets start at $59. acrisurearena.com

    BEST BETS

Pop: When Motown signed the Ohio band 98 Degrees, the record company didn't want to release materials with photos and presented them as an R&B group, but as the boy bands Backstreet Boys and NSYNC became popular and sold millions of records, 98 Degrees fit the mold and appealed to the same audience. It was perfect timing, and even though the band never reached the heights of Backstreet Boys or NSYNC, 98 Degrees went on to sell 15 million albums worldwide.

98 Degrees will perform on Friday at Spotlight 29 Casino with special guest All-4-One, known for the 1990s R&B hits "I Swear," "So Much In Love" and "I Can Love You Like That."

If you go: 8 p.m. Friday, Spotlight 29 Casino, 46-200 Harrison Place, Coachella. Tickets start at $50. spotlight29.com

    Saturday

Mexican: Los Rieleros del Norte is among the many prominent regional Mexican bands with three Grammy Award nominations. Even though Los Rieleros del Norte is based in El Paso, Texas, all its members are natives of Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico, where the band's Norteno-sax signature sound of saxophone and accordion originates and sets most bands apart from those in other regions in Mexico.

See for your yourself when Los Rieleros del Norte performs on Saturday at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino.

If you go: 8 p.m. Saturday, Fantasy Springs Resort Casino, 84-245 Indio Springs Parkway, Indio. $49 to $59. fantasyspringsresort.com

Indie: It's not summer yet, but if you're looking for a summer soundtrack, you'll love British indie-soul artist Yellow Days. His throaty vocals and distinguished sound are an enjoyable mix. He's released five albums since 2017 and his latest "Hotel Heaven" features a more lo-fi and groovy sound.

See for yourself on Saturday when Yellow Days performs at Pappy and Harriet's.

If you go: 8:30 p.m. Saturday, Pappy and Harriet's, 53-688 Pioneertown Road, Pioneertown. $45. pappyandharriets.com
