Inspector Notes: Observed handwashing sink in restroom and sink in cashier area both not having hot water available. Observed raw chicken in walk-in cooler stored next to raw beef and above raw shrimp.  Observed raw shrimp containers in walk-in coolers without covers.Observed bowls and cups being used as scoops in dry products (sugar, flour).

Inspector Notes: Observed rear hand sink without paper towels. Observed TCS food items (cookie butter cold foam, whipped cream, American slices) stored in cold-holding units above 41 F.  Observed multiple cans of cookie butter cold foam with a use by date of 03/15/2024 and 02/14/2024 in the front cooler and walk-in cooler. Observed lid for a rolling bin of sugar is chipped and containing cracks. Observed back door cracked open without an air curtain or mesh screen.
